This new segment is based on food articles that interested
me, but not enough to dedicate a large post.
McDonalds UK Veggie Dippers-
I thought it was interesting that it was a certified vegan product. I
have heard a lot of complaints that the vegan stuff isn’t cooked separately,
which makes no sense to me. I think these large corporations make enough money
to have more vegan and vegetarian options.
Carl’s Jr Keto Options (USA)-
I really like that a bunless option is actually on a menu,
not a weird secret request that workers may or may not do. I am not keto but
eating low carb is a good option for my health needs. I would like to see more
options in general. Imagine if Popeyes came out with keto fried chicken. If I
would buy this (I would, if Hardees got this too), the jalapeno one has my
attention the most.
New Fast Food Deals for the Year (USA)
This article gives information about popular fast food
chains deals for the new year. Taco Bell, Subway, McDonald's, Dairy Queen and
more. The best deals I noticed were McDonald's, Dairy Queen and Taco Bell.
TGI Friday’s UK Watermelon Steak-
I haven’t noticed any alternatives for steaks in the chain
world so I think this is a fun idea for plant-based eaters. This comes with
fries and vegetables. The avocado sauce looks good I wouldn’t mind having that
with something else on the menu.
Krispy Kreme Mini Doughnuts (USA)-
I just think this is a cute idea. Mini snacks are never a
bad choice. I had no idea they had strawberry icing so now I want to go. I
don’t think there are that many locations but I'm willing to find out.
