Trader Joes “Everything but the elote” Seasoning Blend

I used this for Tex Mex or Mexican-inspired recipes. I enjoyed it but I don’t think it’s a seasoning that needs to be hunted down. There is not a lot of cheese or chipotle flavor. I enjoyed it while I had it but I also don’t feel like you absolutely need to have this at all times. Try it because it is good, but don’t be disappointed if you can't get it.

Blk&Bold Rise and Grind Whole Bean Coffee

$9.99 at Marshalls

I noticed the nutty note more than the others but I enjoyed this coffee while I had it. It does taste better than your generic brands of coffee. It has a smoothness that I appreciated. This is a blend that tastes best with a more neutral creamer. Vanilla, sweet cream, something like that. When I tried this with the fruity pebbles creamer, the notes just didn’t mix well. I wouldn’t rush to get this particular blend but I would try the light roast if I can find it. I always want to support black-owned brands. This was reasonably priced and I will try their other offerings.

Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered California Honey

I noticed a light citrus note with this particular honey. I really enjoyed this and bought another type of honey from this brand already. I primarily use it for hot tea. You can tell the difference between raw honey and the more basic versions. I personally think it is worth the extra bit of the cost.
