Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken Recipe
-1 whole chicken (mine was about 6 pounds, take anything
that’s in the cavity out)
-1 whole lemon (cut it in half)
At least two teaspoons of the following (customize to your
liking)
-Pink sea salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-paprika
-cumin
-Preheat the air fryer at 380 degrees
-Put grill pan in if you have one, spray fryer lightly with
spray
-Loosen the skin of the bird for more seasoning opportunities
-Cut a few slits in the breast areas
-Season the meat inside and out, both sides
-Stuff the lemon halves in there
-Place chicken in air fryer
-Cook for an hour
-Turn it over
-Cook for another 20-25 mins or until breast and drumstick
are done
-Let rest for at least 10 mins
