Berry Protein Overnight” Fauxoats”
I am tired of seeing y'alls tasty healthy bowls with things
I’m allergic to. So here is my version.
Customize this as you like, but here are the ingredients I
added
At least ½ cup of blueberries
Maybe ½ quinoa flakes
Milk of choice
A few sliced strawberries
A tablespoon of vanilla
1 scoop protein powder ( this one is strawberry flavor)
1 triple zero Oikos yogurt (for this I used strawberry)
