Homemade Jam Recipe

 Homemade Jam



At least one cup of berries

Enough liquid to cover the fruit (I used green tea)

At least 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (nothing is raw here, season to taste)

1 tsp of vanilla extract, to taste

Cook on medium-ish heat for at least 15-20 mins

Optional- add sweetener of choice (I used Splenda)

 

In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch with 1 tbsp of whatever liquid you used earlier

Mix well, add to pot

Mix until completely mixed in and thickened
